Operation Retail Director

1. Operation retail director is in charge of general oversight for nation-wide different retail locations.

2. Develop the strategy and ensure the efficient management of all aspects of Retail Operation.

3. Maximize shop sales generation with different.

4. To be responsible for the effective performance management of the Store Managers and the store staff.

5. Responsible for the management of all retail activities, taking overall responsibility for the operation management and support of paid staff as well as part-time workforce.

6. To ensure that shops operating in the designated area achieve business KPIs.

Brand Manager

1. The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the brand within an organization and ensuring all aspects of its marketing and manufacturing match.

2. Work to the objective of maximizing the sales volume and profitability of a department store concession, mono stores, multi-store and outlet stores with the presence of assigned brand. A Brand Manager will lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and the achievement of the sales targets of the fashion brand.

3. The Brand Manager will recruit, train and develop a highly motivated, service focused sales team. The Brand Manager will also drive, manage and support all sales and promotional activities of the brand, brand-related making commercial decisions based on relevant store and competitor activities.

4. Has many responsibilities including ensuring that customer service takes priority at all times and maintains consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards across all stores.
